Christmas is almost here

With Christmas just around the corner, I really need to get my butt in gear. I still have to take a family picture for cards then send the cards out. Shop for presents which I have no idea what to get the kids this year. The days are flying by! I did not get involved in Black Friday shopping early in the morning but I did catch the cricut cartridges on sale at Michaels.

A Day at the Zoo

This is the first time my family and i have been to the zoo in a while. the kids really do still enjoy it. i do too! It's amazing how long it takes to walk around the entire zoo, looking at each and every animal. It is fun and the time goes by quickly

What's the Rush

With school in full swing now, running to and from soccer practice for 2 kids, and holding down two jobs, sometimes two people are just not enough. Homework, late night practices, showers, bed. I'm worn out : ( I just remember it won't last forever, then i will be sad : ( so guess i just have to make the most of it now and watch them run around doing so much and smile because it will be gone in the blink of an eye : )

Summer flying by

where has summer gone? i can't believe we are already registering the kids for school. we have just finished painting the kids rooms and they turned out adorable :) they helped out and when we put them back together we organized everything and i told them they better keep everything clean and organized (right): p

All Grown UP!

Summer is flying by! Took pictures of my senior at the park. Another kid almost gone : ( She is absolutely beautiful. I rememeber taking her to her first ballet class at 3 years old and now she is all grown up. I will miss her so much when she goes off to college next year.

what's important

You get caught up in the everyday grind and forget about what is really important. You get pulled in to bad moods by bad days at work. It is times like this you just need to stop take a deep breath and think of your family. It is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face. Family is what is most important, not the last person that added to your bad mood, forget about them. I get caught up in running the kids here and there and keeping the house clean. I forget that what is more important is to love my children everyday because when they are gone, I will miss the mess, the running around, the constant chaos. all i will have left is the pictures that i have scrapbooked to look at and remember when...
